[sf-perl] Food arrangements for Tuesday

OK, I haven't been able to get a sponsor for this particular meeting.
So, on Tuesday, I'll just order pizza for those who are interested and
we can split the cost (just like in the old days).

If you've RSVP'ed, there's no need to re-RSVP, unless you're really
picky about toppings.

If you haven't RSVP'ed, get with the program already. ;)
