[San-Diego-pm] Special meeting this week

It looks like the meeting might be popular, so the meeting is going to be
moved.  The new location is now at:

Courtyard by Mariott
9650 Scranton Road
San Diego, CA 92121
Meeting room B
Which is just slightly up the road from our normal meeting location.
