CGI and the Web Server

Ahh, OK, so you want machine A without a webserver to forward the request
to webserver B.  In that case you can do it with port forwarding.  If
you're using Linux you can look up port forwarding in the current HOWTO's.  
If you're using something else then I'm not sure what you should use,
check your local documentation.
