Executing cgi with html

You can't (normally) execute a cgi script from within a HTML page.  You
could possibly include the output of a script from within a HTML page by
using Server Side Includes (SSI).  The other question you might be sking
is how to launch a CGI from another web page?  That would something like
submitting a form.
