come on, you have to put a LITTLE effort into it...  You probably could
have figured this one out by yourself.


$string =~ m/Average\s+=\s+(\d+ms)/;
$what_you_want = $1;


There are many different ways to do this, all of them valid to one degree
or another.  It depends on how flexible/robust you want your match to be.
