[Saltlake-pm] Open West Call for Papers

OpenWest is sneaking up on us quickly.  The CFP "officially" closes January
31st.  OW is an excellent opportunity to showcase Perl, and show us your
Perl pursuits.

If you have something you would like to talk about at Open West, please
submit a talk proposal:

We need as much involvement as we can get, to round out a few good days of
solid Perl track.
