I posted an announcement about the Damian Conway event on
blogs.perl.org.  Gabor Szabo has also offered to make an announcement
in his Perl Weekly newsletter.  Yesterday I also put an announcement
in the "Perl News" section of PerlMonks.

Utah Open Source is also aware of the event (they helped us arrange
the venue), and know that they're welcome (and encouraged) to invite
people.

If anyone can think of other groups we can reach out to, please follow
up here so we can make sure nobody is missed.
