Buonasera,<br>
come dicevo l'ho installato e c'e' una interfaccia web, solo che ho la
sensazione che sia pensato per gestire code prevalentemente via mail
(per quanto riguarda gli eventi che generano status update); bugzilla
(nel suo ambito) invia mail, ma ha una interfaccia web 'prevalente'.<br>
Con RT mi sembra che le mail triggerano gli aggiornamenti, e
l'interfaccia web sia più' una dashboard che lo strumento principale di
interazione.<br>
