Description:
Instant messaging for site members to privately chat (one-to-one text only)
with counselors or other users online. Generate transcript of all chats.
Admin screen for counselors to use for inputting data about issues
discussed.  Tracking system for generating online reports overviewing
issues discussed, pages visited, user profiling.

Required skills: Perl, MySQL, CGI, HTML

Desired skills:
ActiveState Perl, Windows 2000/IIS 5 Server.  Familiarity with an IM
client, such as Jabber, and/or to consult with us regarding a suitable
approach.  Local to San Antonio preferred, but not required.
