[roch-pm] [Fwd: perl using php headers]

I have all these little perl programs written, using a header and
footer.cgi calls... I've just taken on a new website, and they have php
header and footers.

Is there a way for me to include those in my perl files? I was thinking
some kind of exec command maybe? I cant find any reference anywhere on
either perl.com or php.net
