Here's an interesting article about a meeting the new peer to peer groups
had recently. Bascially, Intel tried to take everything over, but Tim
O'Reilly stood up and put them in their place.

This type of thing will eventualy affect pretty much everyone on the Net.
P2P is being billed as the next WWW (of course, so many things have, but
this type of stuff actually started in the community).

Anyway, enjoy :)

Subject: Tim O'Reilly's latest article on P2P

Tim O'Reilly made waves at yesterday's
inaugural meeting of Intel's peer-to-peer
computing working group by challenging
Intel's proposed "pay for play" structure.

Tim proposes an alternative in "How the
Peer-to-Peer Working Group Ought to Be Organized."

Read it on the O'Reilly Network at
