[rochester-pm-list] Message about spam

Recently, this list was spammed.  I think it happened before too.  In an effort
to stop the spam, some changes have been made to the way the list works.  The
list has been "closed", which means messages will only be accepted if the From:
address matches the address you signed up with.

This will affect anyone who signed up using one address, and sends messages
using a different address.  You will no longer be able to do this.

This should eliminate all spam coming through the list (not that it was a lot,
but better to stop it now).
