[rochester-pm-list] Ok, now what?

I'm not at all sure what I'm looking for in rochester.pm.  I feel like 
both the "old man" (41) and the newbie, as I may be the chronologically 
oldest, but the newest to computing and programming. Sounds like most 
pm's are IT pros or college/graduate level computer scientists.  I'm a 
hobbiest, or maybe (I flatter myself) a hacker.  But I like this stuff, 
and down here in Dansville haven't found others similarly interested in 
such things.

I'm looking forward to picking your collective brains when I encounter a 
stumbling block.  I'm intersted in hearing about your perl creations and 
new ideas.

I've done (very little) CGI consulting, and would be interested in more 
such work.  How to get more business?
