Why aren't you using Set::CrossProduct?

I always find it fascinating when someone says "I want to do $thing
without using $best_way_to_do_thing", because the scope of what remains
is left undefined.

As in, can you just copy the source code of Set::CrossProduct into your
code?  Can you look at it to get the algorithm, and recode that?  Is
there a license problem with Set::CrossProduct.

Why?  Tell us why, please.
