The oil available in Brazil (even with the newest discoveries) is not
that much.
Brazil would have about the same amount of oil as Qatar or a bit less
than Kazakhstan. It's not nearly enough to make a considerable impact
in a country as large as Brazil. What we're seeing in media is mostly
PR.
