Hi:  I agree.  Excellent suggestion.  We'll format it to be a "unified" 
statement that all nonprofits, LUG's, Perl Mongers, and media can put on 
their web sites.  A glorified "sticker" if-you-will.  An active letter signed 
by each web site that puts it up.
