Hi:  At first blush, this looks like a nice personal medical privacy 
arrangement.  Would really upset insurance companies, employers, others who 
say they have "rights" to your personal information.  I can see it now, the 
local Privacy COOP!!  Wonder if it runs afoul of Hollings' Law?
