I need to create some HTML templates for Template Toolkit, but I
want something more productive than starting from scratch and
entering HTML. I would appreciate any suggestions:<br>
<ul>
<li>WISAWIG (sp?) products to draw web page layouts and generate
corresponding HTML?</li>
<li>Tool that also supports Template Toolkit (template and
wrapper), in addition to HTML layout?</li>
<li>Tool that also help create CSS style-sheet?<br>
</li>
