[Qatar-pm] Qatar-pm Digest, Vol 9, Issue 1

Damn it!
My name is Yazan and I currently live in Al khor community. I am 14 years old and I just started to program in C and some pascal. I have been looking for lectures and activities that people in Qatar(people who are interested in programming/computer science) participate in, since I am dying to find one that I can go to.
I have been looking in many places although I haven't found any that does what I want. Despite my age, I still want to be in one of those lectures/meetings.  Traveling to Doha to participate in one of the meetings isn't much of a problem, but I am not sure if I would be allowed in.
Can someone please provide me with full information on if I could come?  I don't program in Perl though, but I still want to come. 
EDIT: Oh uh, I just found Omar's e-mail and I think I will contact him for more details.
