There is a github repo with the examples

I don't think the pdf that is available for free download is "legal". I
didn't find anything at oreilly or the author's web site about there
being a free download.

On the plus side since I own the print version I was able to get the
digital versions for $5.


Derrick, I can excerpt the appropriate text out and pass that along for
the challenge if you like. Could save you some typing. :-)

Looks pages 7-18 are the relevant ones.
