I know that they sort of split the roles up a bit.
I'm not sure if there is any one person in charge of the web site or
not. I know that has been a bit of sore spot for some. Mostly the code
used to run it (ACT, I think( and the shared database of registrants.
Many Perl conferences/workshops use the same software so you don't
have to keep a bunch of different profiles.
