Bring your lunch. Talks will start at noon. It was brought to my attention that people on the 'genomicsinfo' list did not get notice of our one-week delay of the meeting (i.e., the meeting was normally scheduled for the 2nd Tuesday of the month -- last week) because of the Indy Bioinformatics meeting that day. My apologies for not sending out the delay notice to the 'genomicsinfo' list. The talks for today are, as always, subject to change but should be: JQuery revisited -- Dave Jacoby Profiling -- Mike Gribskov Parallel Perl and HTTP -- Greg Report on YAPC::NA::2009 -- Doug Yatcilla Plus if anyone else wish to give a talk, a rant, or just present something cool then there will be time for you. My talk on PDL -- Perl data language -- is being delayed until I can find time (and need) to actually use PDL. -- Rick Westerman westerman at purdue.edu Bioinformatics specialist at the Genomics Facility.
