[Phoenix-pm] July's Meeting

I say move the meeting. The presentation on Dist::Zilla would be interesting (the other presentations sound interesting too, but I just don't want the presentation to be forgotten because we had to move the date). My reasoning for voting to move the date is fairly simple: I will not be able to attend on the fifth. However, I'm not the one presenting on the 5th, so don't go by this vote if the majority can make it. I can always catch the youtube video. :)

Maybe we should change this system of government to a corrupt democracy. You can all bribe me for meeting dates. :D

Seriously, though, I'll offer up these three choices since the only replies I've gotten so far are from people who can't make it.

  1. Keep the meeting on the 5th
  2. Move the meeting to the 12th
  3. Take the month off
  4. All hail the dictator! I will send him large amounts of money! (The dictator now decrees that 4 == 3)

I could move the meeting further, but then we start getting too close to the next month's meeting, and tends to become a problem for me.

All,

As Dictator-in-Chief, I have decided to move July's meeting from the 5th to the 12th. Sorry for those of you who are inconvenienced by this, but I don't think attendance will be good on the day after a national holiday. You will be receiving the normal announcement emails as we get closer to the meeting date. That is all.
