Phoenix.pm: I need an attorney / Restrictive Aggreements!

Hi folks,
Sorry I haven't been very sociable in quite a while. But I'd greatly
appreciate any help on this.

Could someone direct me to a local attorney who deals with Corporate
Contracts and would be familiar with the issues that would be involved
with a web hosting service's restrictive agreement, operating as an
LLC, and using OpenSource code.

Any links to pertinent info would also be very helpful.
