Phoenix.pm: Save the Damian Fund

Doug doesn't want to be in a position where everyone has to assume
he is doing a sensative job correctly. This is understandable.
Since we will all know the total, would it be acceptable to all
concerned parties to anonymously record the donation amounts,
and verify that that total matches the number on the check that
Doug hands to Damian?

If anyone answers "yes" after a moment's thought, I'll put
a quick CGI up on HTTP daemon that doesn't log connections and
post the URL, for people to anonymously record their contributions
with. Of course, if anyone tries to play a prank and lie about
their contribution, it will pay havok. Are me mature enough....?
