Phoenix.pm: New meeting place

I would like to propose that we all work on a project together.  We can split 
up the work and have a specific site for out group projects.

I'm thinking that maybe we can work on a Perl internet database manager, 
built by us and built specifically for Perl.  Something small, light, and 
portable.  Built in Perl from the ground up.  But this is just one idea.

If we have our own Phoenix PM perl library, that would really be neat.  We 
would get to meet the writers in person on a regular basis...

Who knows, maybe later the next Red Hat....

Any ideas or suggestions.  Comments?
