Agreed.  This is 2012, and I assume most people's internet connections
can handle the occasional large attachment.  Mailman, the software
that runs our mailing list, automatically holds large messages.  Mike
sent me the post first.  He asked politely, and since it was
professionally written and seemed perfectly reasonable as far as what
his client is looking for, I didn't see any reason not to approve it.

Our policy for a long time on this list has been to allow the
occasional job posting, as long as it didn't get out of hand.
Personally I don't think a single PDF attachment is "out of hand", but
if anyone else disagrees please let me know.
