I'll be talking about PSGI/Plack.  As with Moose, this is something that's
gotten a lot of community attention.  I'll be focusing on people who've heard
about Plack or PSGI but aren't necessarily sure why it's interesting or
important; I'll try to make those reasons clear, and give some examples that
are useful for a lot of people, not just web server or web application
framework developers.
