[pgh-pm] PPW speaker mentor program

given that some or all of us will be running the conference, maybe we  
could invite people to present at ppw meetings in advance and give  
comments.  i don't imagine we'll get a lot of participation, but it's  
not like we have enough time to dry run everything.
