[pgh-pm] Group Wiki

In the interest of being hip and having a place to throw information
into, I've setup a wiki for our group.

Actually, this was in response to Tom Moertel, who requested it.  See,
I brought up this idea that maybe we want to branch out from Perl and
embrace Software Development on the whole.  I think this would enhance
the group quite a lot.  Since I can't be trusted with timely
aggregation of ideas, the wiki can do it for me.

I'd really like to hear what you think about making the mongers a sort
of sub-group of a larger group.
