<div>Portland has <a href="http://www.foodcartsportland.com/">multiple 'pods'</a> of <a href="http://pdxplate.com/blogs?tid[]=152">food carts</a>; my fave is Mohammed's <a href="http://www.foodcartsportland.com/2009/11/02/ugarit-mediterranean-meals/">Ugarit</a> (Syrian) on the west side of SW 10th downtown, along the trolley tracks, north of Alder.</div>
