The Eugene IP lawyer I usually use for reviewing contracts seems to have<br>
become unavailable, and it turns out I need someone to look over an employment<br>
contract. &nbsp;The job involves working on open source code some of the time, and<br>
IP rights are my principle concern. &nbsp;FWIW, the job is in California.<br>
