[Pdx-pm] February Meeting

There's been no reply to this, so I'll call it: There's no CFP-fest today.

I still urge anyone who's interested in submitting to YAPC::NA to reach 
out to me. I've borked my irc.perl.org setup at the moment, but I'll get 
that fixed up so folks can reach me on the channel or via PM.
