[Pdx-pm] February Meeting

[VM Brasseur]

I'm about to end 4 weeks on the road and I'm entirely & thoroughly sick 
of seeing people right now. So if people aren't going to CFP-fest, then 
I'm unlikely to show up as I'd rather be a hermit this week. But if they 
are I'll be there to lend a hand.
