[Pdx-pm] February Meeting - Documenting Perl and Alternatives to POD

Please have a look at Swim: https://metacpan.org/pod/Swim

I have converted the Pod of all my more important CPAN dists (80+) to it.
(Swim in the GitHub repo becomes Pod on CPAN). I also use it to doc my Bash
projects like:

   - https://github.com/ingydotnet/git-subrepo#readme
   - https://github.com/ingydotnet/test-more-bash#readme
   - https://github.com/ingydotnet/json-bash/#readme

It is meant to be a superset of Pod and Markdown and others, while having a
syntax nicer than all of them. It generates perfect Pod (which is a
wonderful markup (if you don't have to write it by hand)).

Cheers, Ingy
