[Pdx-pm] Lead Dev job description

It was brought to my attention that the wording of this posting implies
that we want someone to "be airdropped in to take on the lead role"... This
is unfortunate recruiter jargon (at one point it was called senior instead
of lead) in order to filter inexperienced people. Every developer at
dreamhost except the 2 truly senior people fall under this job description.
