[Pdx-pm] Kwiki -> Markdown converter (was Re: last night's meeting (and beyond.))

I have translated the head revision of all the kwiki pages to markdown.
Please review.

* WikiText::Kwiki released to CPAN
* Source and data repositories pushed

FWIW, I reviewed about half of the final diff, and it all looks correct.
