Indeed, it is probably easier to be one of many in a rotation or 
something -- though we want to avoid having many volunteers waiting for 
one of the others to act and/or forgetting to take your turn at the 
wheel.

There is also the issue of meeting space / chaperone.  In the case of 
Free Geek, we must have a keyholder present.
