[Pdx-pm] Meeting date and speaker change.

Eric Wilhelm said he could probably get the door and stuff for this meeting
(the change in schedule prevents me from being wholly available, if I can
make it at all)

After this meetings will return to their normal schedule of every
second Tuesday of the month. I will be giving my originally planned
presentation on Fennec on Tuesday September 12'th.
