There is a podcast uploaded to pdxpm.enobacon.com and selected slides 
are at http://www.votefair.org/handout.html.  Richard is planning to 
put together a video presentation of slides and audio, which is 
probably easier to follow than audio-only (the purpose of the podcast 
is, of course, to make you wish that you had come to the meeting in 
person.)
