[Pdx-pm] Ben's comments about Dist::Zilla

First... the close-to-auto converter for Dist::Zilla is Dist::Zooky,
it's fun and easy.

Second... the 'use everything from this bundle, except that one
plugin' syntax is 'remove' see:
