[Pdx-pm] Need to Change Mailing Lists

Hi all,

I've been using Google Groups for the TestML mailing list, but now I'm
realizing that Google Groups is not good for public mailing lists. I want to
change over to something else. Here are my constraints:

* I don't want to host my own mail server
* I want to use my testml.org domain - like discuss at lists.testml.org
* I want it to be free (as in beer)

Does anyone know of a decent public mailing list service that I can use?
