[Pdx-pm] google fails me on Yak Washing

Not handwashing, or bathing yaks, or yaks in general.  I'm looking for a link
about Yak Washing meaning procrastination activities (like writing this rather
than getting on the commute).

I'm sure (yea right) I encountered the expression here.  Could someone please
provide a link?
