the server is christian brink's.  christian's a sweet guy i haven't  
seen at a meeting for two years.  last i heard he bagged all this  
computer crap and is making fly rods (http://brinkrods.com/).  AFAIK  
it's his personal machine.

the lists are hosted by pm.org, i think.  they also run the DNS.
