Cool.  Is it that time again already?

I could definitely go for a simple-rules sheet for what makes a module.  
Then maybe a whirlwind tour through module-starter, Module::MakeMaker, 
Inline::MakeMaker, Module::Build, and where all of this is going to 
land how.
