i used it a couple years ago.  it was pretty good.  the pages are very 
short -- each chapter divided into many chunks.  some of the 
"anti-ripping" stuff they did was a little annoying:  hit "reload" at 
the wrong time and it'll kick you off.

the weakness is that it's all online.  if you need docs on an airplane 
you're screwed.  i'm sure it's possible to rip entire books, but pretty 
slow and cumbersome.

overall i liked it.
