Dear Everyone,
Happy New Year, I hope that no-one else is finding that Perl's localtime 
function has given up like mine...

The new website will go up as soon as I can get the acoount password sorted 
out, but it's content is synopsised here...

Firstly, we need to think about meeting. At some point. I though a Sunday 
would be best, a few people complained. I can't do this by myself. Could 
everyone give me the dates in the next month when they're free, and a 
suggested meeting place? This way we could actually start to make some 
progress.

Secondly, IMHO, we should do a group coding project, (a) so that we have 
something to talk about (b) so that we all start to get to know each other a 
little better. Knowing, as I do, that some of us have experience in writing 
modules for infobot (http://www.infobot.org) I thought prehaps a module 
related to this might be nice. Or a selection of modules. Ideas on this?

Finally, does anyone know of any job openings in France next summer?
