I've been searching but I haven't had much luck figuring this one out;<br><br>I have cloned a git repo, pushed my changes back to the origin repo and now I want to tag the origin.<br><br>I had attempted to do that during the push as:<br>
<br>git push origin master:/refs/tag/<tagname><br><br>That's what I thought the man page said would do but it just made a tag in my master repo.<br><br>How do I tag the remote? Does anyone know?<br clear="all"><br>
