[Ottawa-pm] Say hello to SQLiteTAP

Hi all,

     just to give a little bit of a follow-up to last meeting, I have a 
proto-SQLiteTAP in the work:

     Also, peeps made noise about a social meeting this month. I'm 
thinking of calling something for a Thursday, again, and chose a locale 
slightly more Ottawa-center to be fair to all Ottawans. Something like 
Preston Street. Comments, thoughts, counter-suggestions?
