[Denne mailen er relevant for de som vurderer eller skal reise til
  Perl-konferansen i Portugal i sommer. Til dere andre: bli med! :) ]

Kurs for 1 EUR pr 25. mai er 8.02269 NOK.

Billigst trippel (Hotel Carandá ***):
 	5 * 48.50 EUR * 8.02269 / 3	= 648.50 NOK
Billigst dobbel (Hotel de Lamaçães ***):
 	5 * 38.00 EUR * 8.02269 / 2	= 762.16 NOK
Billigst enkel (Hotel de Lamaçães ***):
 	5 * 30.00 EUR * 8.02269 = 1203.40 NOK

Dyrest dobbel (Hotel Turismo ****):
 	5 * 60.00 EUR * 8.02269 / 2	= 1203.40 NOK
Dyrest enkel (Hotel Turismo ****):
 	5 * 49.00 EUR * 8.02269 = 1965.56 NOK

Oversikter over hoteller og priser finnes i YAPC wikien[3]

Noen som er interessert i å dele dobbel/trippelrom?

Subject: [Conferences] YAPC::EU::2005 report #9

Greetings :-)

The organizers of YAPC::EU::2005 would like you all to know how things
are going.

This is report #9 and here are some details:

Registration is open and you can pay

You can now registrate for the conference at
 	http://conferences.yapceurope.org/2005

Speakers (but not lightning speakers) won't have to pay, so if
you still don't know whether you'll be speaking, you don't
have to pay just now. Still, you can already register. Do it.

Speaking of speakers...

We've started to go through the talks and accepting some. We
hope to have the process concluded sometime next week, but
we're still not sure that will be possible (jobs and all
 	that).

In the mean time, you can take a peek at the already accepted
 	talks, at http://conferences.yapceurope.org/2005/talks

Mind you, not all of the speakers with accepted talks have
confirmed their coming yet, so it is possible that somebody
listed there ends up not showing up. Anyway, everything should
be settled by the time we create the schedule.

If you submitted a talk or more, know that you should receive
an email for each submitted talk until June 19th or the moment
we announce that we've finished looking at all talks. If, by
then, you still haven't received an email regarding one of
your talks, you should contact us and say so.

Book your hotel room

Please book your hotel room as soon as possible (just to
 	prevent surprises).

Remember, you can find all the information we have regarding
 	hotels at http://braga.yapceurope.org/index.cgi?BragaHotels
(and some information on Camping at
 	http://braga.yapceurope.org/index.cgi?Camping)

One more hotel with special prices

In the odd chance that you forget to book your hotel room soon
enough and that you find yourself without one, here's yet
another hotel with special prices for the conference:

 	Albergaria da Sé.

This is not one of the "designated hotels", though.

We've added it to the Hotels page, at
 	http://braga.yapceurope.org/index.cgi?BragaHotels

A couple of statistics

For those interested (information taken straight out of Act):

"There are 94 registered people coming from 18 countries and
26 monger groups. There are 35 committed users, that is to
say, people that either paid their conference ticket or will
 	give a talk."

I don't know about you, but considering there's still over
three months to the conference, having almost 100 people
registered (not all have paid yet, of course) looks pretty
 	good :-)

Come on, come on, who's going to be the 100th atendee? :-D

 	Let's see how this evolves.

Behind the scenes action:

 	- Our budget (we now have almost all money-sponsorships in our
 	  pockets^W bank account) still looks good;

 	- The schedule is slowly being assembled;

 	- MJD signed a HOP for the auction. It should be in our
 	  hands very soon;

 	- And I'm sick again :-\ I can't believe this :-\

And that's it for now.

As always, the organizers can be reached at yapc at perl-hackers.net

Kind regards,

Jose and Alberto
